These classes will take place at our farm. Each one will have a different theme. You will get to sample mushroom dishes, learn mushroom cooking tips, take home a recipe packet and even leave with some fresh mushrooms!
This class will teach you the benefits of using mushrooms as a main course rather than a side dish. You will also learn how to create several dishes that our locals love. Including, but not limited to, King Oyster Scallops, Pineapple Teriyaki Lion's Mane, and Black Trumpet Hummus.
