Can you Eat It? Mushroom I.D. Class- This class includes field and identification time; it is also a half day class. We start at the farm with a short introduction to mushroom hunting. From there we will walk and or drive to the woods in search of fungi. While you are out gathering mushrooms, the rest of us at the farm will be preparing a meal for your return! When you return to the farm there will be a discussion/ ID session on what mushrooms where found during your forage.
