Join Eric Milligan on the final Foray of the 2023 season. The White Lake Foray takes place in the White Lake State Park Enter through the back side off Depot Rd to  Irene’s Way. Participants will observe, collect, and receive hands-on experience with different types of fungi found in the area, and learn how fungi play an integral role in the forest ecosystem. With the rainy season we’ve had, the woods are full of a diversity of mushrooms right now!

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear good walking shoes—we will be walking some way over uneven ground.

This event is FREE, a mushroom soup will be served at the end of the walk.
