The Wild Mushroom PREP Course is for those who want to study for their Wild Mushroom Food Safety Certification. This is a two day class from 1pm to 5pm. Please bring anything you need to take the best notes for yourself including a water bottle! This will be a classroom and field experience. You will learn to identify wilds that are specific to the north east, which also means learning what is edible. This is a great class for those who want to delve deeper into the mushroom world!

This $80 class is two days of teaching here at the farm! (153 Gardner Hill rd. Tamworth, NH 03886)
