Description
Our dried soup mixes are a blend of Blue Oyster (pleurotus ostreatus), and the Black Pearl Oyster (pleurotus ostreatus variation: eryngii).
You can use the whole bag in a soup or you can soak the amount you want in a bowl of warm water for 20 minutes and sautee like usual!
